The Aluminium camlock couplings connects hose to hose, hose to pipe or pipe to tank without tools: the cam arms lock the two halves and a gasket seals the joint. Bodies are cast here, so the size range and the thread can be changed on request.
Standard parts ship from stock in Ningbo. Non-standard variants are machined to drawing, with the first article sent for approval before the batch runs.

Working load limits are stated for a vertical lift. For angled lifts, apply the reduction factor on the datasheet or ask for a calculation.
Select the range
Match the clamp range to the hose outside diameter, with 2–3 mm of adjustment left.
Position
Open the clamp and fit it behind the bead, square to the hose axis.
Tighten
Tighten to the rated torque. Do not exceed 6 N·m on the W1 band.
Check
Pull-test the connection and re-torque after the first heat cycle.

Sample in 7–10 days, production 15–25 days after the drawing is approved.

Which documents come with the goods?
Material certificates, inspection records and the packing list. Third-party test reports on request.
