01Company
We make the parts nobody photographs.
A lifting anchor is invisible once the panel is cast. A pedestal disappears under the floor. What remains is the behaviour of the building: whether the panel lifts without cracking, whether the floor is level in ten years, whether a pipe can be reached without breaking concrete.
LSW was founded in Ningbo in 2010 by three partners working in construction-materials trade. In 2014 the company began R&D with the China Academy of Building Research on a lifting system for precast concrete and a stainless connection system for sandwich wall panels. Four years later the technical team moved into modular decoration and developed a dry floor levelling system. In 2024 the same team started on fully prefabricated mobile houses.
The company now runs three manufacturing bases, all in China — Ningbo and Shengzhou in Zhejiang, Qingdao in Shandong — and ships to customers in more than 130 countries. The people who check the drawings are the same people who own the business.

02History
Four decisions, fourteen years.
From a trading desk to a group of factories, in four moves.
Three founders, one trading desk
Lushi Architecture is founded in Ningbo by Lu Steven, Shi Jonathan and Wang Ciny, working on international trade for construction materials.
Into precast, with a research partner
The company enters the global construction market and starts R&D with the China Academy of Building Research: a lifting system for precast concrete and a stainless connection system for sandwich wall panels.
The dry floor system
The technical team moves into modular decoration and develops a dry-type floor levelling system: self-levelling, pipe separation, accessible for maintenance. Annual sales pass RMB 50 million.
Fully prefabricated units
Development starts on fully prefabricated mobile houses — ice fishing huts, sauna rooms and custom units designed and built with customers.
03Sites
Three sites, one drawing register.
Three bases, all in China: forging, fastening and final machining, inside the group. No part leaves for a process we cannot see.

Hose clamp plant. Band punching, assembly and polishing for the fastening range.

On products
Every part is inspected against a written limit. If a batch does not pass, it does not ship — regardless of the delivery date we promised.
On customers
Borders are administrative. We welcome engineers from any country to argue with us about a detail — that argument is usually where the product improves.

Audited, tested, documented.
The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) by Qide Certification, under CNAS accreditation. Certificate 79426Q00151R0374 was issued on 5 August 2026 and is valid until 4 August 2029.
