What is your minimum order?
500 pieces for standard parts, one pallet for stock items. Custom parts are quoted from 500 pieces; below that the tooling cost dominates.
Can you make from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send the sample by courier and we reverse-draw it, then send the drawing back for approval before quoting.
How long does a sample take?
Seven to ten working days for machined parts, three weeks if new tooling is required.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016), certificate 79426Q00151R0374, valid until 4 August 2029. Third-party testing for a specific market can be arranged before production.
